Small Wash Kit Travel Towel Spare Vests and Underwear

Book Pen & Diary

Expenditure: Just so that we are clear about what expenditure is covered and not covered in the holiday price please note the following:-

1) The holiday price includes 5 nights Half-Board Valley Chalet/Hotel/Pension lodgings.

2) Cost of half-board Mountain Hut accommodation is not included hut charges average at £25 per night; 7 nights are planned in huts. It is simpler and fairer for you to pay hut charges direct as incurred.

3) All the Guide's hut and hotel expenses are included in the price.

4) Hill food for lunches bread, sandwich fillings, cake, flapjack, fruit, chocolate is provided.

5) A bag of Tea/Coffee/Herbal Tea/Dried Milk and Sugar is carried for making hot drinks at huts and the cost of hot water at hut is included in the price.

6) The client group must pay for all other drinks soft drinks and alcoholic.

7) Clients must also pay for the cost of any mechanized uplift (cablecars/mountain railways) during the holiday.

8) Transport from Evolène to the start of the route and back to Evolène at the end of the route is included in the price. Clients must pay for any other bus/train journeys undertaken during the holiday

Money: Clients should take sufficient cash to settle expenses along the route. Most huts do not take credit cards. Remember to change Euros for the first night in France ; thereafter Swiss francs are needed. You can set your own budget for drinks (!) but we would recommend that a minimum of £28 per day currency is taken to cover all the items above plus drinks and sundries.
